Elifstar Caves

Elifstar Caves was fully refurbished in 2003, by Mustafa who is Turkish and Jacky who is English. We have seven unique cave rooms that you will love! Each room has an outside sitting area with a beautiful view of the valley. We are in a quiet location, yet only a five minute walk to the center of the village where you can find bars, restaurants and shops. We offer a wide choice of breakfast, which is included in the price, and also serve dinner every night,a choice of local dishes and some European dishes. We have selection of beers wines and spirits which can be enjoyed on your balcony or in our garden. We have a variety of books for information on the region, also a book swap. We think we offer a friendly, quiet and comfortable stay! We are perfect for backpackers and visitors from all over the world for a base in Turkey! We look forward to seeing you here!

On arrival at Goreme bus station look for the accommodation office. Here they can give you directions, or call us to come and pick you up. If the accommodation office is closed then stand with the accommodation office on your right, and the bus ticket offices on the left. Straight ahead of you is a dry canal, with rose carpet shop on the right and indigo carpet shop on the left, walk along the left side past indigo, past ottoman house, go straight on and you will see us or our signs, its only 5 minutes. Alternatively you can bring your mobile phone and call us to pick you up. We can pick you up from Kayseri airport for an additional fee.
