Bethams is 4 km off the north Viti Levu coast and about 2 hours by road from Nadi Airport. Our boat leaves from Ellington Wharf and ferries you to the island in 15 minutes over sheltered waters. Nananu has 8 white sandy beaches, fantastic diving, excellent snorkelling and a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.Sheltered in picturesque Naivere Bay, BETHAMS has budget accomodation in beachfront cottages, Private Double Rooms, and dormitories for families, couples and world travellers. Scuba diving is excellent with a variety of first class dives a 30 minute boat ride from the beach. Please ask at the Shop and our staff will put you in contact with the dive operators who are based on the island. Full PADI facilities are available. We hire kayaks and snorkelling gear and in the Beach Bure you will find information about snorkelling and fishing trips, windsurfing and sailing. Please check the map or ask our staff about the walks; pay attention to what the tide is doing and how many hours of daylight you have. The WINDWARD BEACH is an excellent location for windsurfing and kiteboarding. Coaching and hire gear available but you need to book.
