The pension rests in a magical and peaceful, secluded valley, from which you can walk to see the unusual rock formations and pigeon houses. We are just 300 metres from Goreme bus station, or about a 2-3 minute walk. Please call us and we can pick you up at any hour.The pension has a large pleasant garden full of fruit and walnut trees stretching back into the valley. Our garden also includes a swimming pool filled during the summer months. The pension has a bar and dining area where you can enjoy our great breakfasts, and other meals at your request. Other activities available to guests include backgammon, stereo, a television room and WIRELESS internet. The majority of our rooms have newly refurbished private bathrooms, with toilet and shower. We also offer dormitory style rooms, single, double, twin and triple rooms with a shared bathrooms at a cheaper rate.Ilhami, Harun and Ali, your easy-going, friendly hosts, speak English fluently. Access by the road: 270 km from Ankara - 650 km from Antalya - 780 km from Istanbul.Access by plane: Turkish Airlines flies to Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR) (approx. 80 kms from Goreme) from most major cities in Turkey. Transfers can be made by local bus companies, or simply call Rock Valley Pension to arrange private transport. During summer it may also be possible to fly by charter from European centres into Kayseri or Nevsehir Tuzkoy Airport (40 kms from Goreme).By car we are approximately 7hrs from Istanbul, 4hrs from Ankara or 6hrs from Antalya. Several bus companies also provide frequent, direct service between Goreme and all major cities. Travel is clean, comfortable and pleasantly priced. To make the most of your time, overnight buses are also available. On arrival at Goreme, you may ask at Tourist Information to call us for a free pick-up. Otherwise, simply follow the signs to Rock Valley, just a 2-3 minute walk.
