Nathan's Villa Sighisoara

Sighisoara's ONLY hostel for backpackers and budget travellers. 'Nathans Villa is the only place to stay in Sighisoara' as quoted from 'Lonely Planet'. Highest recommendation from 'Lets' Go' 2004. The 1st hostel in Sighisoara and still the best. 3 years after opening we have moved into a new house and completely remodeled the historic 100 year old building on the inside!Brand new bathrooms, heating system, fully equipped kitchen and 24 hour hot water. The dorms have nice western style thick mattresses on the beds. We have a biliard table, bar and lounge with cable TV. Out door BBQ area with seating under the grape vines. Guests who book only one night, never just stay one night. We have created a unique atmosphere and do our best to entertain you with parties almost every night and extremely helpful english speaking staff. There are plenty of day trips to do from Sighisoara; Hiking into the surrounding hills to see 800 year old Oak trees. Taking a ride through the country side to see Biertan and Viscri, two beautifully preserved Saxon walled churchs. Dont get fooled by people claiming to be a hostel in this town as we truly are the only one. The hostel is 250 meters west of the train station (a 4 minute walk). Our train station staff will greet you and ensure that you get to the hostel properly, so you won't get ripped off by all the dodgy train station scum. So look for people in our shirts!
