Dar Assoura

This is a very charming and intimate guesthouse in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech. It is just two steps away from the Medersa Ben Youssef while the famous Jemaa el Fna place is only ten minutes walk away.We have a large patio with a cute heated swimming pool in it. On the roof, you will find a huge terrace with a thrilling view of the Atlas Mountains and a Fountain-Bassin for a refreshing drink after an exciting visit of the Medina. Dar Assoura offers one Suite and 3 double bedrooms with twin beds, all with individual bathrooms, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. One bedroom is located at the ground floor and opens directly on the patio, while the other rooms are on the first floor. The Suite has a 'hammam'-like bathroom with a large tub, and one bedroom has a warming fireplace and a private bathroom, and the other bedroom, smaller, has a private terrace and a private bathroom. Those last three bedrooms are equipped with individual air conditionersWe have our own cook and a housemaid. The cook serves delicious Moroccan breakfasts, and on request she will prepare typical dishes for lunch or dinner: Briouats, Tadjine, Couscous, lamb, chiken with lemon and more. We also have bicycles that can be used to tour the medina.Paiement has to be made by cash and preferably in Euros

From the airport take a 'little' taxi (max 3 persons) and ask the driver to bring you 'Place du Moukef '(100Dh/auml#128;10). By walk take Rue Issebtyme, then the second street on your right, then the first on your left, and then the first on your right. You are in the blind alley of 'Derb Lalla Azzouna', go to number 6. If nobody's there, please ring at number 8 where our cook Saida lives.
