At Sunset Coast Backpackers we pride ourselves on being one of the most Laid Back, Chilled and friendly hostels in the Perth area.We are located only 5 minutes from the world famous Scarborough Beach and with a bus stop on the door step; you are only 20 minutes from the city centre.The hostel has 22 beds, with a maximum of six beds per dorm so you get to know everyone in a short period of time. Our clientele are mainly backpackers aged 18-35 but we have no age limits.We specialize in surfers needs with lockable surfboard storage rooms and regular trips to secret surf spots and can cater for all nationalities, with Australian & Kiwi.Although we are a quiet hostel, there is always plenty going on. We have weekly barbeques that are rapidly becoming famous among the backpacking community and we also organize regular outings for the guests.Regular Visits to the local Drags & see Top Fuel'ers, Door Slammers Nitro Funny Cars & Bike's. Also included is the magical mystery tour. (if I told you it wouldn't be a mystery.) We offer a Haven for the weary traveller. A place to sit back read a book in our garden, play poker, watch a free movie [from our collection] Zone Out Chill, Party All Nite Out Doors by fire light. Or play Arcade Games, Table Tennis,Relax in a hammock.We are also blessed with a wide range of pubs, clubs and live music venues within walking distance.So if you want to surf, or just lay on the beach, Scarborough has it all. Come and stay a few days. We guarantee you will leave feeling refreshed, ready to continue on your travels.
